Responsibilities:
As the Residential Construction Manager, your key duties will include:
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of multifamily residential construction, from site preparation to final delivery.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring all goals are met.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality standards throughout all stages of construction.
