Responsibilities
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing financial planning for educational construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for K-12 and university projects.
- Bid Preparation: Analyze subcontractor bids and prepare competitive proposals to secure contracts.
