Responsibilities of Director of Construction:
As the Director of Construction, you will oversee every phase of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they meet all performance benchmarks:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track and within financial goals.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all projects meet healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Team Development: Hire, mentor, and manage project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in managing healthcare construction projects.
